6 Central Luzon Topnotchers in 2025 Customs Brokers Exam

Central Luzon continues to cement its reputation as home to some of the country’s brightest minds, as six alumni from two local colleges secured spots in the Top 10 of the November 2025 Customs Brokers Licensure Examination (CBLE).


Leading the region’s exceptional performance is Kris Rean Asinas Agaton of Gordon College, who clinched Rank 5 with an impressive 93.25% rating.


Not far behind is a powerhouse group of graduates from Mabalacat City College (MCC), showcasing outstanding consistency and excellence:

  • Rank 6: Sophia Olalia Pineda – 93%
  • Rank 8: Lyka Maneclang Bautista – 92.5%
  • Rank 9: Chemalyne Nicdao Canlas – 92.25%
  • Rank 9: Jim Zane Dizon – 92.25%
  • Rank 10: Jianne Trisha Olalia – 92%

Mabalacat City College Leads in Passing Rate

Beyond individual rankings, MCC recorded one of the strongest performances nationwide. Out of 68 examinees, 66 passed, giving the school an exceptional 97.06% passing rate, placing MCC at the top among schools with the highest number of passers.


Gordon College followed with a solid performance as well, taking Rank 5 overall with 101 passers out of 121 examinees—an 83.47% passing rate.

Nationwide Results

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the CBLE was held on November 17–18, 2025, producing 2,238 new licensed Customs Brokers out of 3,078 examinees, reflecting an encouraging national passing rate.
